What are the rates?
Rates are calculated based on Location, Number of Attempts, Additional fees like Skip Tracing, and DVD recordings
Just ask for a rate.
How many attempts do I do per case?
The State of Tennessee and Courts ask for a minimum of 3 attempts. These attempts include one morning, one evening, and one weekend.
However I offer as many attempts as it takes to get the documents delivered. Usually up to four attempts.
What type are documents do I deliver?
As a Process Server I deliver any Legal Document.
I also deliver Evection Notices for Landlords.
How does someone get the original documents to RMPS Dandridge?
As required, RMPS Dandridge will need the original documents from the court where you filed your case.
Documents can be dropped off at my office (by appointment) or sent by Mail, USPS or Fed-Ex. It is recommended that documents be sent by Overnight or 2 day shipping. If sent by mail, the address is P. O. Box 268, Dandridge, TN 37725-0268.
Do I encounter any hostile or dangerous situations as a Process Server?
As a Process Server I understand this can happen. I have De-escalation training and tactics to handle situations if they arise.
I always expect the un-expected and remain aware of my surroundings.
What Payments do I accept?
I accept Cash, Checks, and Money Orders. At this time I do not accept debit or credit card payments.
I always provide a Detailed Invoice, and Payment Receipt for every case. The payment is due upon receiving the Invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.
Do I File the Return Form at the Courthouse?
I will File at the Courthouse with the Court Clerk or I will deliver, mail, or ship the return and/or original to the client.
The original signed return page copy goes to where the client requests.
